I too purchased this fine album! The freakin' disc changes color when its heated. I haven't chipped away at the surface of the album's story yet though. I'll have to sit down and really listen to it this weekend.
Cool! Yeah, I'm 3 times in right now... off the bat, it's really differnt from With Teeth (and again from the rest), but in a good way. WT had so many strong "songs", whereas Year Zero is just strong OVERALL. Dunno Like, a lot of WT was hook laden, as in, you get into it quicker, an harder, but burn out faster too. YZ seems more challenging, and hopefully, rewarding. Though nothing on YZ touches RIGHT WHERE IT BELONGS for me (yet).
But yeah, then there's the whole "concept" aspect. Coolness!
